The Void Trilogy, consisting of The Dreaming Void (2008), The Temporal Void (2009), and The Evolutionary Void (2010), takes place 1,200 years after the events of Judas Unchained several of the main characters from Judas Unchained and Pandora's Star also appear in the Void trilogy.
Misspent Youth (2002) takes place 340 years before the events of Pandora's Star.
Hamilton has also written several books set in the same literary universe. This saga consists of the novels Pandora's Star (2004) and Judas Unchained (2005). Like I said, make sure you read Pandora's Star before reading this one or it will make no sense at all.The Commonwealth Saga is a series of science fiction novels by British science fiction writer Peter F.
However aside from that the entire saga is well above average and I would recommend it to anyone. I will not give away any details but will say the only thing I did not care for in this book is a couple of things that happen should have been handled differently, they do not fit in with the plot and the smartest person in the Commonwealth should have easily figured them out. With over 800 pages this book is larger than the Pandora's Star and the two combined are over 1,500 pages but it is well worth the time and effort. Paula Myo is getting closer to solving her more than 130 year investigation and some old questions are slowly being answered. Much has changed since they were discovered at Dyson Alpha and the fight for the Commonwealth continues. This book continues the story of the Commonwealth battle with the Prime. You MUST read Pandora's Star before you read this book or it will not make any sense at all. Judas Unchained takes up right where Pandora's Star left off.
